5. Booking Process and Contract Formation

- A booking confirmation or e-ticket has been issued.
For many travel products, Holidays Budget acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers.
The contractual relationship for the travel service may therefore exist directly between the customer and the supplier.
